ORDER PROCESSING

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS MAY BE SUBJECT TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES WHICH IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL

Once you have placed an order on our site you will receive a confirmation email. To cancel an order please email us at lmarrero.studio@gmail.com immediately.  Once you have received a tracking number your order will be unable to be canceled as it has been packed and shipped. Shipping and handling fees are always non-refundable.

Once an order has been picked and packed we are unable to switch items or sizes. So be sure to order the correct sizes, scents, and enter your correct mailing address and email.

Please allow 2-5 business days (excluding Holidays) for your order to be shipped. Once it has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Our shipping hours are from 9AM-3PM PST Mon-Fri. Pick-up orders must call ahead to schedule your pick-up between Mon-Fri 9AM-3PM. 

 

ORDER TRACKING

Order tracking information for your order will be emailed to you the day your order is shipped. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or stolen if they are tracked as delivered by the shipping service. Starting Jan 2021: All orders over $100 will be shipped with signature required. 


DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Fullfilment: Based upon product availability, orders will usually be shipped within 2-5 business days of receipt of your order unless it is a pre order or special request order.

Shipment: Our average shipping time is 2-5 business days depending on the order's destination. All orders are shipped via USPS. Weekends and holidays do not count as we are closed. All shipping and deliveries are done on business days. 

Custom Order Shipment: If you're ordering a specialty or custom made item such as the candle refills or custom wax sachets, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery minimum. 

We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

US PO Boxes are now accepted as a domestic ship to address only and will be shipped by USPS. 

International PO Boxes are not accepted as a ship to.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping fees can be a real hassle for us all so please carefully read our policy prior to making a purchase. 

Shipping and handling fees are always non-refundable. This includes deductible costs; for orders that fall below the free shipping minimum requirement, eg; if part of the order is returned, the total shipping cost will be withheld. Also, the total shipping cost for free shipping orders will be withheld should the order be returned. 

There is also no re-shipping. Items undeliverable by couriers will be refunded, upon return to our facility and re-added to stock so please carefully enter your shipping information and double-check the items in your order before final checkout. This will help lower shipping errors, making it less of a hassle for you. Also, keep track of your package with the provided tracking number. If an email with order confirmation accompanied by a tracking number is not received within 6-7days of purchase please contact our customer service.

If you choose the pick-up service you must call after receiving the message that your order is ready to coordinate the pick-up time: the pick-up service is available between 9AM-3PM from Mon - Fri.
