Política de reembolso

All our products are crafted with the highest quality standards. Because they are handmade natural products, for security reasons we do not accept changes or returns under any circumstances. Shipping and handling charges are always non-refundable.

Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, custom order items and candle care kit items such as matches, and the like. Some health and personal care items like beauty products such as lip balm, scrubs, lotions, soaps, and the like. 

All sales are final on items purchased during a sale.

Shipping fees can be a real hassle for us all so please carefully read our shipping policy prior to making a purchase. 

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at lmarrero.studio@gmail.com for new instructions. Please allow three weeks for process and handling.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We have a 2-day exchange policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request an exchange if your item is damaged of you received the wrong item.

Refunds
If by any reason we make the exception of accepting a return you will be notified via email and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at lmarrero.studio@gmail.com.
